Meet The Team
RICHARD MCKINNEY
BROKER OWNER
Richard leads the day to day sales, recruitment, training, marketing and development of sales staff and sales support. All customer contract contract and negotiation issues should be directed to Richard.
PAMELA MCKINNEY
BROKER OWNER
Pam oversees the companies accounting, contract compliance, payroll, accounts receivable, and manages all back-end systems. She also oversees training on APP Files, contracts, and office compliance.
GREGORY DALESSIO
BROKER SUPPORT
Gregory provides direct support to the Broker, while leading onboarding, training, and mentorship for newly licensed agents. Serves as trusted resource for compliance, systems, and early transactions guidance.
CONNOR MCKINNEY
ASSISTANT BROKER SUPPORT
Connor assists the brokerage and agents in the daily operations at each office. He also assists with contract, sales support, and technology training.
SHEILA HILL
BROKER ASSISTANT
Sheila is Richard Mckinney's personal assistant, transaction manager, and office administrator at the Fort Piece office.
DONNA FERRI
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Donna provides agents with Bilateral transaction management, compliance, and administrative support to RE/MAX Gold.
KASSIDY MCKINNEY
BROKER ASSISTANT
Kassidy assists Pam with daily operations at each office. She manages the social media post requests for the office. She also assists with accounting and commission disbursement authorizations.

Cambree creates and posts social media content for the McKinney Team and maintains social media platforms. She also assists with front desk support in the Jupiter and US 1 office locations.
